It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas J. Mincey (Perry, New York), born in Ocala, Florida, who passed away on May 24, 2020, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Mincey and Marion Mincey (Cottone); and his sister Rhonda Mincey Nedd. He is survived by: his fiancée Sheila Aberth of Perry; his sons, Philip Mincey (Janessa) of Crosby and Samuel Mincey (Tabitha Ryan) of Waterport, NY; his fiancée's children, Steven Cartwright (Becky Chrissy) of Fillmore and Shawna Swain of Perry; his siblings, Mary Jo Mincey of California and Billy Mincey of Mt. Morris; his grandchildren, Mary Jane, Demitri, Devin, Piper Jane, Dameon, Caleb, Coltn, Cole, Alyssa and Sarah; and his great grandchild Luca. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins including the Hutchko's and friends.
