She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle F. Petherick and Norma Petherick (James); and her brother James Petherick. She is survived by: her husband Max; and her daughter Tracy Hoeppner-Russell (Douglas) of Perry. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
