He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Storms and Ella Maston Storms. He is survived by: his wife Mary Donahue Storms; his children, Anita Corcimiglia of LeRoy, Ronald Storms (Nancy) of LeRoy, Bernadette Drake of Leicester and Richard Storms (Stacy) of Perry; and his siblings, Joanne Storms of Lakeland, FL, Christopher Storms of Batavia and Melody Makowsky of Lakeland, FL.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
