He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Dake and Blanche Dake (Perrine); and his siblings, Dorothy Willey, Doreen Keenan, Raymond and Robert Dake.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Dake (Crawford); his sons, Randy Dake (JoAnne) of Perry and Danny Dake (Amanda) of Perry; his stepgrandchildren, Jason Huppe of Perry and Joleen Dolph of Perry; his stepgreat-granddaughter Nevalyn O'Neil; his sister Louise Loomis of Castile; his sister-in-law Esther Dake of Castile; and his goddaughter Emily Bower of Fillmore. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
