He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Janice "Jan" McClurg (Mehlenbacher); his sons, Wesley McClurg (Rebecca Rider) of Perry, Wade McClurg (Suzan) of Silver Springs and Shane McClurg (Shannon) of Webster; his brother Ronald "Tiny" McClurg (Marlene) of Perry; and his grandchildren, Jessica Jenkins (Ben), Megan McClurg, Cassi McKeown (Patrick), Tyler McClurg, Dakota McClurg, Dylan McClurg, Marissa McClurg (Kyle Regal), Jayden McClurg and Melody McClurg. He was also cherished by great grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews.
