It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Williams (Perry, New York), born in Warsaw, New York, who passed away on March 8, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Augustus Williams and Ruth Williams (Lynch); his wife Frances "Chickie" Williams; and his siblings, Sandra Lauderdale and Robert Williams.

He is survived by: his stepson Ronald Cox (Susan) of Perry; his grandchildren, Ashley Cox of Perry and Craig Cox (Lindsay) of LeRoy; his great grandchildren, Adelynn Cox and Chandler Hall; and his siblings, Gloria Provorse (Charles) of Perry, Debra Rice (Vern) of Palmyra, Barbara Sands of Batavia and Daniel Williams of Warsaw. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
