She was predeceased by: her parents, Blair Askey and Helen Askey (Ritz); her husband Joseph "Dula" Mazzarella; her son Todd Mazzarella; and her son-in-law Steven Pierson.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Brian, Jenna, McKenzie and Jacob; her children, Victoria Cicero (Robert) of Perry, Trini Kuzmicki (Nicholas) of Wyoming, Terry Pierson of Perry, Tracy Calvert (Mark) of Venice, Tina Kramell (David) of Wyoming and Paul Mazzarella of Lakeland; and her brother Daniel Askey (Eileen) of Rochester. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, along with many nieces, nephews and friends.
