He was predeceased by: his parent Gerald V.; his daughter Amy E. Appleby; and his sister Donna Ciecierski. He is survived by: his parent Jean Appleby (Detweiler); his wife Susan E. Appleby (Reber); his son Michael J. Appleby of Perry; his brother Jeffrey Appleby (Joyce) of Kutztown, PA.; and his granddaughters, Makayla Stickley, Madalyn Stickley and Maleena Stickley. He is also survived by friends nieces and nephews.
