It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis P. Powers Jr. (Perry, New York), born in Warsaw, New York, who passed away on November 13, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis P. and Helen Powers Sr. (Callahan). He is survived by: his wife Charlene Powers (Robb); his children, Melissa McGarvey (John) of Perry, William Powers (Harry Fisher) of Irondequoit and Chris Powers (Melissa Hutchinson) of Linwood; and his siblings, Ann Robb (Roger) of Honeoye Falls, Jean Pachuta (Mark) of Perry, Linda Powers of Perry, Judy McClurg (John) of Perry and Charles Powers (Betty) of Wyoming. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and many other friends.
