She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Spencer and Elsie Hayner Spencer; her husband Donald Grasby; her children, Linda Matteson and Richard Grasby; and her brother Harold, Jr..
She is survived by: her son David Grasby (Donna) of Perry; her children-in-law, Ruth Grasby and Tom Matteson; and her siblings, Eleanor Thomas of Warsaw, Eloise Spencer of Daytona Beach, FL, Inice Testa of Niagara Falls, Norman Spencer of Arizona, Vernon, Earl, Donald, Glenn, George, John, Jerry Spencer, Helen Conway, Estelle Bierman and Betty Slusser. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 crisis a private graveside service will be held at Forest Hill Cemetery in Attica.
