Burke (Perry, New York), born in Hornell, New York, who passed away on April 25, 2020, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James D. Mann and Betty L. Mann (White); and her siblings, Lynn Hilligus (BJ) and John Mann. She is survived by: her husband Thomas J. Burke; her children, DeEtt Parsons (Michael Giuseppetti) of Perry, Tina Burke of Dansville, Doug Wolfanger (Kimberly) of LeRoy, David Wolfanger (Kristen) of Perry and Jesse Wolfanger of Perry; her siblings, Pamela Little (William) of Dansville, Norma Webster (Ronald) of Perry, Barbara Snyder (Donald) of Mt. Morris, Kimberly Wetmore of Perry, James Mann (Patty) of Mt. Morris and Duane "Skeeter" Mann (Kimberly) of Perry; her grandchildren, Leah, Madelyn, Blake, Braeden, Reilly, Harley Wolfanger, Breanna Andrews (Garett), Brett, Bradley Parsons, Tori Henson and Marissa Little; and her great grandchildren, Harper and Hayden Andrews. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

“I worked with Debbie at Perry ICF until 1996. We enjoyed our work together, shared many crazy moments of laughter and I'll always remember her wonderful sense of humor. We had many conversations re: depression etc. that we had in common. It brought me to tears. She had such a strong will to live her life through that battle. I will always remember Debbie fondly and the love and kindness she shared with others. I am truly sorry for your loss, she will be sorely missed. Karen Hall”
