He is survived by: his wife Beth L. Morrow Chase; his children, Theresa Chase of Perry, Michelle Bidell (Bill) of Gainesville, NY, Joette Chase (Jeremy Smith) of Perry, Dorene Hadfield (Mark D.) of Warsaw, Michael Bongiovanni of Pike, Steven Chase (Michele Sirido) of Orchard Park, Scott Chase of Jamestown and David L. Chase II (Katherine Silsby) of Perry; and his stepdaughters, Yvonne Dickes of Perry and Cheryl Figoura of Perry. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 7 step-grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
