She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Jenks and Margurite Jenks; her husband Perry Burdick; and her children, Michelle Childs and Gerald Burdick.
She is survived by: her children, Denise Spiegel (Richard), Joseph Childs (Valarie Bileschi), Lori Cruz, Stacey Wallenhorst (Kevin), Tom (Carol) and Dan Burdick; her grandchildren, Katelyn, Justin and Joseph; and her siblings, Kathryn Crawford, Matthew (Kristen) and Robert Jenks. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
