She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Sharman and Lucille Shoemaker Sharman; her husband Robert L. Howard; her daughter Merrilea Freeman; her siblings, Eleanor Sharman, Lucille Fisher, Mary Lange, William Sharman, Albert Sharman, Lewis Sharman, Lyle Sharman, Samuel Sharman Jr. and Robert Sharman; her sons-in-law, Duane Hamilton, Robert Freeman and George Grimmelt; and her grandson Robert Douglas Freeman.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Sharman-Grimmelt of Haines City, FL, Melody McDonald (Robert) of Perry, Robert Howard of Perry and Dennis Howard (Marsha) of Rincon, GA; her brother Richard Sharman (Donna) of Toano, VA; and her sisters-in-law, Betty Sharman and Shirley Sharman Safford of Gainesville, NY. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
