He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond J. Sr. Thielges and Pauline Thielges (Schirmer); his wife Paula Thielges; his sisters, Rita Bowers and Shirley; and his brother-in-law Joseph "Puss" O'Neal.
He is survived by: his children, Raymond III Thielges (Vicki) of Perkinsville, Lisa Cady (John) of Wayland, Karl Thielges (Christine) of Wayland and Susanne Wyman (Todd) of Fairport; his grandchildren, Jessica McCallum (Pat) of Wayland, Raymond IV Thielges (Breana) of Wayland, Jacob Hendershot (Allison) of Howard, Andrea Miller (Brad), Jordan Mulvaney (Scott) of Conesus, Tyler Thielges (Lauren) of Wayland, Taylor Morse, Hailey Dewey (Kenney) of Spencerport and Hannah Dewey (Chelsea) of Spencerport; his great grandchildren, Mia, Carli, Chase, Corbin and Luke; his brother Francis Thielges of Wayland; and his parents-in-law, Dean and Irene Kiefer of Cohocton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
