She was predeceased by: her parents, Niles Sherman and Doris Green; her husband Jimmy Shutt; her great grandchild Andrew; and her brothers, Laverne, Harold and Merle Sherman.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Alvaradao (Jose) of Livonia and Jerry Shutt (Julie) of Wayland; her grandchildren, Maria Francis (Trevor) of Rochester, Amanda Knapp (Shelby) of Spencerport, Chelsea Rader (Matt Gerard), Joshua Rader of Hemlock, Michael Shutt (Heather Vanson) of Wayland, BreAnna Shutt (Frank Schumacher) of Cohocton and Tiffany Shutt (Scott Schumacher) of Cohocton; her great grandchildren, Max, Oliver, Deven, Aaron, Bentley, Blake, Aleah, Amelia, Gregory and Mackenzie; and her siblings, Carol Snyder of Almond, Donnie Sherman (Mabel) of Belmont and Bob Sherman (Judy) of Seattle, WA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
