We are sad to announce that on September 27, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Joan L. Fox of Pennellville, New York, born in Fulton, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Finck and Thelma Finck of Granby Center; her former husband Thomas E. Fox; her husband Gordon L. Halstead; her children, Robert Fox (Janice) of North Syracuse, Lynn Fox of Charlotte, NC, Judy Fox of Ontario, NY, Nancy Fox (Scott) of North Syracuse, NY and Pamela Marcinkowski (Steven) of Theresa, NY; and her brother Larry Finck (Linda). She was also cherished by three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
