He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Parker and Theodosia Parker (Fuller); and his siblings, Shirley, Carolyn, Leon and John.
He is survived by: his wife Anne Parker; his children, Raymond Parker (Donna), Michelle McAllister (Derek) and James Parker; and his grandchildren, Travis Parker, Trisha Allen (James), Bradley Parker (Mariyah), Wyatt Parker, Felicia Parker, Ryan and Kyle McAllister.
