He was predeceased by: his wife Rosemarie Collins (Ulicki); his children, Kathleen Rogalia (Chuck) and Matthew Collins; and his sister MaryClaire Vargus. He is survived by: his children, Denise Letourneau (Charlie) of Baldwinsville, NY, John F. Collins of New Orleans, LA, Sheryl Gay (Andrew) of Camillus, NY, Mary Comtois of Fayetteville, NY, Eugene Collins, Sarah Collins (Kelly) of Buffalo, NY, Shawn Collins of Camillus, NY and Daniel Collins (Jayme) of Baldwinsville, NY; and his brother Thomas Collins (Kathleen). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
