He was predeceased by: his mother Delores Wormuth Egbert; and his wife Barbara R Beyer. He is survived by: his sons, William Wormuth Jr. (Teresa), John Wormuth (Stacy) and Keith Wormuth; his grandchildren, Michael Johnson, Matthew Johnson, Daniel Johnson (Colleen), Sarah Johnson, Matthew Wormuth (Angelika) and Cara Gladke (Jack); and his brother David Wormuth of Dover Delaware. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made in Bill's memory to the Office of the Aging, 417 Liberty St., Penn Yan, NY 14527.
