She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Krogh Charlsen and Eva Minerva Phillips; her husband Dwayne Oswald; and her siblings, Edna Reiners (Glenn), Betty Vermilye (Bud) and Bruce Charlsen.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Osgood (Don) of Penn Yan, Henry Oswald of Hope, AR, Darrell Oswald of Hope, AR, Sue Sellers (Gerald) of Lexington Park, MD and Glenda Flynn (Chris) of Corning; her sister Colleen Wight (David) of North Chili; and her niece Chris Donovan. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews.
