He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Parmelee and Janet Parmelee (Cornish); his daughter Cindy Radka; and his close friend Beverly Loftus. He is survived by: his son Steven Parmelee; his grandchildren, Nicole Parmelee, Courtney Mothershed and Brayden Flurry; his great grandchildren, Alivia, Abbey Mothershed, Jason, Jayce and Jayden Belotte; his siblings, June Donne Della and Roney Parmelee; and his pet Macy. He is also survived by his friends and caregivers.
