We are sad to announce that on January 7, 2024, at the age of 67, Joel R. Baughman of Penn Yan, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel R. Baughman, Sr. and Catherine Baughman (Sisson). He is survived by: his daughters, Brooke Eveland (Charles) of Penn Yan and Carrie Baughman of Penn Yan; his significant other Tracy Mann of Penn Yan; and his grandchildren, Charley, Steele Eveland and Joelie Rae Baughman King. He is also survived by his children, partner, grandchildren and friends.
