She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Best and Kathleen Best (Bowman); and her siblings, Brenda Hill and Harry Robert Best Jr. (Susan) of Virginia. She is survived by: her sisters, Thomas Best of Penn Yan and Tina Hall of Dundee; and her nieces and nephews, Kathleen "KC" Corbitt (Jeff), Robert Corbitt (Mary), Jennifer Hall and Matthew Hill (Beth). She is also survived by four great-nephews and two great-nieces.
