Janice B. Palace Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice B. Palace of Penn Yan, New York, who passed away on March 27, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Brown and Dorothy Brown (Moran); her son Joseph Palace Jr.; and her husband Joseph Palace Sr.. She is survived by: her daughter Christine Neininger (Phillip) of Canandaigua, NY; her grandson Aaron Neininger (Matthew Neininger) of Rochester, NY; her siblings, Carol Meyers (Alfred) of Arlington, TX, James Brown of Branchport, NY, William Brown of Penn Yan, NY and Robert Brown (Jean) of Penn Yan, NY; and her sister-in-law Connie Carlo (Noel Gilheany).
