He was predeceased by: his father James A. Maciejewski; and his father-in-law Dale F. Hansen. He is survived by: his wife Heidi Maciejewski (Hansen); his mother Mary Ann Maciejewski (Ellmann); his brothers, Dennis Maciejewski (Shelley) and Michael Maciejewski; his mother-in-law Jeanne L. Hansen; his sister-in-law Holly Moynihan (Charles); and also, Walker and Alex. He is also survived by five nephews and one niece.
