It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fremont V. Clow of Penn Yan, New York, born in Rochester, New York, who passed away on December 24, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert G. Clow and Deloris Valentine Clow; and his former wife Sarah Tindal Clow. He is survived by: his wife Carole White Clow; his daughters, Deborah Scherf (Christopher), Elizabeth Clow (Dennis Tears), Kathleen Clow and Mary Clow-Neary (Bruce); his stepchildren, Amy Piloto (Ray) and Scott Smith (Jeannie Morris); and his cousins, Howard Barsell of Sarasota, FL and Elaine Larson of Boulder, CO.. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
