He was predeceased by: his parents, Leadley Morris and Catherine Morris; and his brothers, Thomas and Daniel. He is survived by: his wife Connie Dillon; his children, James, Michelle and Renee Morris; and his stepsons, Brian, Brandon and Bruce Dillon. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 8 step-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandson.

Frank's generous spirit will be dearly missed, and his contributions to our community will always be remembered.
