Flora Nielsen Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 1, 2023, at the age of 102, Flora Nielsen of Penn Yan, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Roy Scott and Bertha Steger Scott; her children, David Nielsen (Charlene) and Rita Rasmussen (Robert); her grandchildren, Julie Rasmussen (Jody Jaynes), Jamie Rasmussen, Jeff Nielsen (Katie) and Jeffrey Rasmussen; her great grandchildren, Parker, Abigail Rasmussen, Dax and Lucy Nielsen; her sisters-in-law, Doris Nielsen (Clem) and Edith Snyder (Blondie); her nephew Roy Voak; her husband Elmer Nielsen; and her sister Mary Voak. She was also cherished by many other nieces and nephews.
