He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard Blauvelt and Natalie Blauvelt of Johnson Ave; his brothers, Chris (Sharon) of Penn Yan and Shawn (Becki) of Penn Yan; his close friend Mike Dunning; his wife Roseann of Penn Yan; his daughters, Jessica Metz (RJ) of Jordan and Jillian Nichols (Nathan) of Penn Yan; his grandchildren, Evelyn, Waller Metz, Rorick and Reginald Nichols; his brother Steve Blauvelt of Penn Yan; his brother-in-law Joseph Ostroski of Penn Yan; his grandson Sweed David Nichols; his grandparents, Dave, Ethel Blauvelt, Phil and Marie Gleason; and his parents-in-law, Ernest, Diana Ostroski and Lawrence Wise (Weasel).
