He was predeceased by: his father Robert "Kayo" Hull; his brother Josiah "Fitz" Fitzpatrick Hurley Hull; and his uncle Thomas Klose. He is survived by: his mother Anna Hurley (Penn Yan); his brother Charles "Chat" Hull; his sister-in-law Lisa Hull (Kimura); his niece Maxi Hull; his nephew Scott Hull of Carmel, IN; his aunt Betsey Hull; his cousins, Sally Gallagher (Klose), Dennis Gallagher, Annie Gallagher and Lesley Klose of Boston, MA; and his birth mother Elisabeth Crady of Cherry Valley, NY. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
