He is survived by: his wife Janice DiFranesco Rhodes; and his siblings, Carolyn Sullivan (Robert) of Geneva, Catherine Fritz (Roger) of Bellona, Cynthia Davis (Jeffrey) of Geneva, Karen Rhodes (Doug Cripps) of Bellona and Robert Rhodes (Molly) of Geneva. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
