Baldwin (Penn Yan, New York), born in Plattsburgh, New York, who passed away on December 26, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Claude Wood and Ruth Wood; her husband Jon; her brother John "Jack" Wood (Heidi Baldwin); her daughter Vanessa Rumsey (Don) of Branchport, NY; her grandchildren, Aubrey Miller (Matt) of Penn Yan, NY, Dakota Rumsey (Sarah) of Penn Yan, NY, Dylan Rumsey of Penn Yan, NY, Gretchen Miller (Xen) of Canandaugia, NY and Taylor Rumsey of Branchport, NY; her great grandchildren, Ava, Skilar, Jasper and Everett; her siblings, David Wood (Elaine) of Plattsburg, NY and Barbara Paschke (David) of Maine; and her siblings-in-law, Leslie Baldwin (Ken) and Kim Baldwin (Holly) of Plattsburg, NY. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews and more friends.

In lieu of flowers, Claudia's family asks that donations be made in her name to the Penn Yan Elks Lodge-Major Projects fund.
