It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Ladd of Penn Yan, New York, born in Hornell, New York, who passed away on January 28, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Bernard Ladd; her children, David Casterline (Kim) of Rural Ridge, PA, Susan Fulkrod of Geneva, Jean Blake of Rochester, Tammy Ladd (Mike Kopczynski) of Keuka Park and Kevin Ladd (Debbi) of Corning; and her siblings, Eloise Turner, Robert Spangenberg, Herbert Spangenberg, Linda Spangenberg and Eleanor Colvin. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
