He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Hayes and Hazel Hayes (Wheeler); and his wife Sandra. He is survived by: his children, Keith (Kimberly Hayes) of Penn Yan and Penny Hayes (Mary Kay Stine) of Branchport; his grandchildren, Kyle and Kalib Hayes; and his pet Barry.
