He is survived by: his wife Adriana Hoppe; his children, Eleanor Hoppe (Ron Herbst), Mark Hoppe (Dana), Stephanie Hoppe Fedorka (Nick) and Natalie Hoppe; his grandchildren, Nathan, Isaac, Lily Herbst, Murphy James and Theodore Wolfgang Fedorka; and his cousins, Dilys and Dieter Krueger.
