He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Murphy and Bettie Murphy (Estes); his brother Michael Murphy; and his grandson Jack Dale Miller. He is survived by: his significant other Donna Murphy; his children, Tim Miller (Carrie), Greg Miller (Kim) and Erin Pontarelli (Mario); his grandchildren, Amanda Miller, Jacob Miller, Jordan Miller, Mary-Margaret Miller, Dean Miller, Josh Miller, Zachary Youles, Isabella Pontarelli and Luciano Pontarelli; his great grandchild Harper Miller; his siblings, Mary Murphy (Gloria West), Edward Murphy (Eileen) and James Murphy; his siblings-in-law, Carol Carlin, Cathy Jo Murphy and Carl DeWaters; his aunt Celia Stephenson (Alberta Estes); and his uncle Frank Fressie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
