We are sad to announce that on June 15, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Theodore J. Boccuzzi of Penfield, New York, born in Chelsea, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Boccuzzi and Jennie Boccuzzi; his sister Jean DiGiovanni; and his siblings-in-law, Cosmo Viola, Ralph Lecesse, Giacomo, Antonio Salemme, Liberina Lecesse, Benedetta Spinosa and Civita DiCecca.

He is survived by: his significant other Rose (Salemme); his children, Theodore R. Boccuzzi (Patricia), Joseph A. Boccuzzi and Jeanne A. Profita (Andy); his grandchildren, Michael Boccuzzi, Dr. Krysta Civiletti (Paul), Dr. Francesco Profita and Geanna Profita; his sister Maryann Cronin (Ray); and his siblings-in-law, James DiGiovanni, Maria Viola and Elisa Salemme. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews & friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the VA Medical Center, payable to Canandaigua VAMC - Vet Center; Rochester (#1628), and mailed to VA Medical Center, c/o CDCE-135, Canandaigua, New York, 14424.
