Rita W. Ebersol Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rita W. Ebersol of Penfield, New York, who passed away on March 23, 2025 at the age of 93. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rita W. Ebersol to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Ebersol; her parents, John Widrick and Luella Widrick (Steiner); her stepmother Berdina Widrick; and her siblings, Boyce Widrick, Evelyn Farney and Gilbert Widrick.
She is survived by: her children, Nanette Friedman (Ron), Pamela Ebersol (Deb), Judith Overslaugh (Bradley) and Scott Ebersol (Mary Beth); her grandchildren, Kathleen Ebersol, Benjamin Overslaugh (Logan Koennecke), Emily Ebersol, Carolyn Overslaugh, Andrew Ebersol and Sebastian Friedman; her siblings, Betty Nortz, Robert Widrick (Janice) and Virgil Widrick; and her sister-in-law Betty Widrick. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Johnson-Kennedy Funeral Home, Inc. (47 N Main St, Canandaigua, NY 14424). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Croghan-Naumburg Apostolic Christian Church (9029 NY-812, Lowville, NY 13327).
