He was predeceased by: his wife Madeline. He is survived by: his children, Desiree LaSpina (Dave) and Dr. Peter II (Sheryl); his grandchildren, Stevie, Peter Jacob, Nicholas Muscarella, David II and Dominic LaSpina; and his sister-in-law Beatrice Cuminale. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
