She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Richard O'Neil and Fern Schwann O'Neil; and her sister Kathy Boeff. She is survived by: her brother David O'Neil; her sister-in-law Jackie O'Neil; her nephew Christopher O'Neil; and her friend Mike Kukfa.
