He was predeceased by: his father Brian Perkins. He is survived by: his mother Sueli Perkins; his siblings, Mark Perkins and Andrea Daszkiewicz (Nicholas); his uncle Theodore Perkins; and his cousins, Ashley and Trevor Perkins.
