She was predeceased by: her parents, Marjorie Valle and Vincent La Valle of Charlotte; and her siblings, Lynn F. La Valle and Carol Yvonne Hill. She is survived by: her son Michael McPherson (Darlene); her grandchildren, Rowan Peters (Alex) and Taylor McPherson; her sister-in-law Carol La Valle; her nieces, Michele A. Payne of Sparta, Tenessee, Donna Bishop (Donald) of Boulder City, Nevada, Louise Kress (Douglas) of Rochester and Renee Roberts (Peter) of Chantilly, Virginia; and her nephew Andrew Marks (Lisa) of North Rose. She is also survived by six great-nephews.
