She was predeceased by: her father Camilo Castro. She is survived by: her husband Jose Mendez Zaldivar; her sons, Jose Mitchell Mendez (Dunia Santos) and Jarvin Mendez (Anette De); her grandchildren, Jharvin, Jharvey Mendez-Santos, Veronica and Sarah Mendez; her mother Ana Rosa Fundora; and her siblings, Mercedes, Margarita, Martha, Eugenio and Camilo Castro. She is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews.
