She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel L. Clementi; and her siblings, Joseph Cole and Mary Hotchkiss. She is survived by: her children, Dennis Clementi (Barbara) and Donna Kulik (Ray); her grandchildren, Mark Clementi (Julie), Daniel Clementi, Leigh Finocchario (Aaron), Timothy Kulik and Christopher Kulik (Lauren); her great grandchildren, Will, Norah and Jameson Finocchario; her grandchildren, Dennis, Marlow Mae Clementi, Emerson and Jaxon Kulik; her niece Betty Wilson; and her nephew James "Jimbo" Hotchkiss. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
