He was predeceased by: his parents, Harland Sr. Belcher and Olive Belcher; and his brother Jim. He is survived by: his siblings, Gloria McLean (Don), Gail Gropp (Jerry), Tom Belcher (Jody) and Chris Belcher (Brenda).
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jennings, Nulton & Mattle Funeral Home (1704 Penfield Rd, Penfield, NY 14526).
