He is survived by: his parents, Mary Alice Cook and Francis Waddington Sr.; his brothers, Samuel Waddington, David Cook and Zachary Koslowski; his aunt Sally Crocker Valle; his cousins, Kristine Taylor (Crocker) and Thomas Crocker; and his friends, Shawn Gillette and Rick Dunn.
