He was predeceased by: his wife Christine Allen (Heid); his parents, Edward Allen and Virginia Allen; and his granddaughter Amelia Everly. He is survived by: his children, Michael Allen, Trishalynn Heid-Miner (Scott) and Dale Jr. Allen (Chloe); his grandson Jackson Everett; and his siblings, David, Don, Doug, Kathy Kurtz and Kim Wagner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
