He is survived by: his children, Mike Kolstad (Gina Doran), Rebecca Kolstad (Paul Gilfus), Eric Kolstad (Kristin) and Holly Kolstad; his grandchildren, Sarah Gilfus, MacKenzie Kolstad, Jakob Kolstad, Madison Kolstad, Aubrey Gilfus, Parker Kolstad, Lindsay Steele (Josh), Christy, Kim and Becky Patti; and his brothers, Steven Kolstad, Scott Kolstad and William Kolstad. He is also survived by many friends, nieces, nephews, extended family.
