With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bernard John O'Sullivan of Penfield, New York, who passed away on January 14, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his former wife Jean; his parents, Thomas Sullivan and Helen Sullivan; his siblings, Timothy (Mary), Thomas, Helen and Gertrude O'Sullivan; his mother-in-law Dorothy Hibner; and his sister-in-law Violet Mintz.

He is survived by: his wife Lenore; his children, James O'Sullivan, Cindy Van Buren (Miles), Barbara Tegas (Mike) and Daniel O'Sullivan; his stepchildren, Diedre Chase, Russell Chase (Kate) and Danielle Carr (Jason); his grandchildren, Lynn Spinelli (Greg), Greg Van Buren (Gaby), Lindsay Goggins (Zack), Andrew Tegas (Nikki), Patrick, Nathaniel O'Sullivan, Emily, Ashley, Megan Carr, Mallory, Jonathan and Theodore Chase; and his stepchildren, Jacoby, Samantha, Jameson, Liam, Dylan and Grey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Golisano's Children's Hospital.
